Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • If an order is canceled due to product unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 1–5 working days.

  • In case of advance online payment, a payment gateway fee may be deducted during the refund process.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, kindly do not accept the package. Return it to the delivery agent immediately.

Once the product is accepted, any return or replacement request must meet the following criteria:

Requirements for a Valid Return:

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (Order ID, Invoice, etc.) must be provided.

Valid Reasons to Return:

  • Delivery of a wrong product

  • Delivery of a defective or damaged product

  • Missing parts or accessories

  • Product received is not as described on the website

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or installed water purifiers or mosquito bats

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair

  • Any damage/defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are only applicable for canceled orders due to stock unavailability or valid return cases after product inspection.

  • If cashback or discounts were applied, the net refundable amount will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1–5 business days after approval.

INSTALLATION SERVICE (for Water Purifiers)

  • Free/paid installation will be provided within 3 working days of delivery (if applicable).

  • Installation services are available only in select locations. Please verify service availability before placing the order.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

  • In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping and courier charges unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

SAME/NEXT DAY DELIVERY

  • Available only for select locations and products stored at our local warehouse.

  • Orders confirmed before 10:00 AM are eligible for same/next-day delivery.

  • You may cancel your order if you do not agree with the delivery terms.
